High volume Broker seeking competent qualified assistant. Candidate must have 5+ years experience in a law office prefer Associates Degree or Certification in Paralegal studies. Real estate office management and/or title background a plus. Training will be provided. Ideal candidate will be organized, punctual and friendly. Job will entail a fast paced environment handling all incoming calls, scheduling appointments, Client Management and assisting team members when needed.
Applicants must pass a background / criminal / drug check. Should be detail oriented and have a strong work ethic. MUST have reliable transportation.
