At the Window Professor, we specialize in interior/exterior home improvements, offering services like window and door replacements, siding, decks, gutters and gutter protection. Our mission is to help homeowners upgrade their homes while putting their needs and wants first.
What You’ll Do
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in promoting our services to potential customers and driving interest in our products. You’ll engage with homeowners through canvassing, door-to-door meet and greets, and event-based interactions. You also visit completed projects to follow up with customers, gather feedback, and encourage reviews. It’s all about creating excitement and building relationships while supporting our sales efforts!
Key Responsibilities:
Be a friendly face representing The Window Professor at events and in the community
Engage with potential customers to generate leads and increase interest in our services
Foster excitement around our brand and the solutions we offer
Follow up with homeowners after project completion, gather reviews and deliver thank-you packages
Utilize social media to spread the work and promote our services; Regular Website, FB updates as needed
Work alongside the sales team to explore new strategies and growth opportunities
Participate in residential canvassing and convert leads into potential sales
What we are looking for:
A reliable source of transportation and valid drivers license (must be able to drive to events and canvassing locations)
Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality that can drive conversations
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs occasionally
Experience in sales and/or marketing is a plus, but not required
A smartphone for communication and task tracking
A passion for meeting new people and creating opportunities
18 years or older, goal-oriented and reliable
