Must be able to provide outstanding customer service, have the ability effectively grow & maintain occupancy levels. Responsible for all required tenant documentation, conduct daily physical walkthroughs inspecting homes & homesites. Control delinquency beyond general rent collection. Must ensure the appearance of the property is safe, neat, & welcoming. The ideal candidate should be fluent in basic Microsoft applications, have 2+ years prior property management experience, customer service, and/or sales background. Required to have a valid drivers license, be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check/drug test, and High School Diploma or equivalent. Compensation is 30-45K a year, plus bonus potential, based upon experience. Housing & utilities included; applicant must be willing to live on-site.
