We have an immediate need for Seasonal Retail Sales Associates for a specialty retail location in the Flint area. This position will start out working approximately 32 hour and could go into full time hours as high season progresses. MUST have open availability to work mornings, afternoons, week days, weekends, and HOLIDAYS. These positions will not be able to take time off or request days off between Now-July. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring superior customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with locating products and offering recommendations.
- Keeping up to date knowledge on company products.
- Drive sales by engaging in promotions and showcasing featured products.
- Restocking and conducting inventory.
- Able to multi-task with cashiering, selling, and merchandising.
- Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer concerns and requests.
- Maintain a clean and orderly store.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Previous experience in a retail role is required.
- Comfortable engaging and speaking with customers and encourage selling of products.
- MUST have a flexible schedule for mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to complete and pass a criminal background check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Available to interview and start a position ASAP.
