Heating and Cooling contractor in Imlay City area looking for an experienced professional
to lead a team(s) for installations of equipment and ductwork. Installations include rooftops (up to 20 ton), residential
replacement and new construction, new commercial ductwork and rooftop installs and occasionally gas lines.
Duties include helping with installs and teaching best practices
Dealing with customers and general contractor superintendents
Reading and understanding heat plans and wiring schematics
Ordering supplies, ductwork and equipment
Understand and know codes and deal with inspectors
Leading a crew to meet timelines and profit objectives
Diagnose, troubleshoot and perform service on residential and commercial equipment
Strong communication skills
