Pay Structure
You keep 100% of your load pay
EZ Motion is paid via:
Flat weekly dispatch fee or
Percentage per load (agreed upfront)
(No payroll, no hourly wage, no W-2)
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle
Active insurance
Smartphone with GPS
Ability to submit PODs
Professional communication
No CDL required for most local work
