Description We are on the lookout for a Project Management Specialist to join our team in GRAND BLANC, Michigan. The primary function of this role will be to plan, develop, implement, and oversee various project plans. You will be working in a cross-functional capacity, collaborating with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources required Coordinate with various departments to ensure comprehensive planning of each project Implement new product development and system conversions Manage IT projects, marketing initiatives, HR and training programs Work within a collaborative culture to create innovative solutions Handle the procurement management process efficiently Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders Manage project budgets and adhere to budget processes Schedule project timelines and ensure timely delivery Prepare and respond to Proposals - RFPs Hold a PMP Certification, CAPM, or ability to obtain within 12 months.Requirements A minimum of 3 years experience in a Project Management role Expertise in Budget Processes Proven experience in Product Development Demonstrated knowledge in Product Implementations Familiarity with System Conversion - Implementation Proficiency in Project Planning Ability to Schedule Project Timelines Experience in managing Project Budgets Skills to Create and Deliver Presentations Experience in Procurement Management Understanding of Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution Process (PPBE) Proven ability to respond to Proposals - RFPs PMP Certification is required CAPM Certification is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, and Supply Chain and Operations Management or related field highly preferred. Equivalent educational and work experience may be considered. Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or ability to obtain within 12 months. Construction management experience also desirable.
