Great Lakes Trolling Motors is looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our shop as a Boat Rigging and Graph/Sonar Install Technician. Experience is a big plus—but we’re happy to train the right candidate who has the right mindset and foundation.
What we’re looking for:
Solid understanding of DC power and wiring
Strong attention to detail with pride in doing clean, professional installs
Good time management and ability to stay organized
Strong customer service and communication skills
A genuine passion for boats and electronics
Job duties include:
Rigging and installing trolling motors, fish finders, graphs, sonar systems, and electronics
Troubleshooting and maintaining basic marine electrical systems
Providing a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
Interacting with customers to review install needs and explain systems
