Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the non-profit industry, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The selected candidate will be actively involved in providing support to the team while working with the local population.Responsibilities: Work with grants to secure funds for housing needs in the community Provide assistance to consumers with documentation and eligibility for housing Calculate income and rent calculations to determine affordable housing options Ensure compliance with local and state housing regulations Answer inbound calls and address customer queries in a courteous manner Maintain accurate client relations records and database management Perform basic office functions and clerical duties as required Manage department files and records, ensuring detailed documentation Utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer applications for data entry and database administration Complete necessary paperwork and appropriate documentation for customer contracts.
