In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and operation of audio/visual systems that support our organization's events, presentations, and corporate communications. You will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless AV experiences while maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence and efficiency.Install, configure, and maintain audio/visual equipment and systems, including projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, and control systemsOperate and manage AV equipment during corporate events, conferences, presentations, and meetingsTroubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt solutions to ensure minimal downtimeConduct pre-event testing and quality checks to verify all AV systems are functioning properlyCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to understand AV requirements and deliver customized solutionsMaintain organized inventory records and documentation of all AV equipment, software licenses, and system configurationsProvide technical support and training to end-users on AV equipment operationStay current with emerging audio/visual technologies and industry best practicesCollaborate with colleagues to optimize AV setups and enhance overall user experience
