Client is looking for an Enterprise Azure Architect to assist in the future development of their platforms. The Enterprise Azure Architect will be responsible for the design, development, governance, and implementation of an enterprise-wide system architecture strategy. They will work within the digital team, collaborating with other technical leaders, to ensure the overall system platform and future approach supports addressing the complex business problems of today. The EAA will have a strong understanding of TOGAF principles and experience implementing best practices.

Job Requirements

- 3+ years experience strong expertise in core Azure principles including but not limited to:

o Azure functions

o Azure logic apps

o Event grids

o Event hubs

o Caching

- Deep knowledge of analytics and application insight using leading enterprise tools.

- strong communication skills to work across multiple team disciplines.

- Ability to lead teams and discussions and present technical architecture for varying audiences.

- Proven knowledge of enterprise application architecture analysis, design, integration, and tooling.

- Define and ensure adherence to architectural governance practices.

- Ability to create of architectural views, documentation, and roadmaps.

- Knowledge of and ability to provide solutions for enterprise architecture monitoring.

- Knowledge of hybrid on-prem/cloud solution and nuances of Azure architecture in a hybrid solution.

- Willingness to collaborate with a variety of technical teams, understand their needs and complexities, foster diverse ideas and bring to an accepted solution, lead through change.

Nice to haves

Proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc. Deep knowledge of industry trends and future directions. Must have experience with project management, design, and plan production. In depth knowledge of regulations, codes, and legal requirements.  Proven experience preparing and meeting budgets and schedules. Proven experience in relationship development and proposal preparation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. EOE
