Job Description:
As a Client Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will play a vital role in assisting with customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Process client requests, orders, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and documentation.Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.Ensure accurate and detailed communication with clients through various channels (phone, email, in-person).Support the development and improvement of client service processes and workflows.
