This role plays a key part in maintaining consistent messaging, supporting team-wide communications efforts, and helping develop materials that reflect the Captura Hall brand and mission.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute communication initiatives across departmentsDraft internal memos, newsletters, presentations, and press materialsAssist in the creation and review of written content for campaigns and eventsManage communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of materialsSupport the team with reporting and analysis of communication performanceCollaborate with leadership to align messaging across all platformsHelp organize internal meetings, events, and engagement programs
