We need to find a self-starter wanting to take on a new challenge and work with our client. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, providing clerical support to the HR department, and full cycle recruiting for warehouse associates. This position requires you to have experience as a Manufacturing Recruiter. Qualified candidates should apply as soon as possible! This is a short-term 4–6-week contract for a distribution company based in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area.What you get to do every single day

Conducting various administrative duties

Coming up with and posting job opportunity advertisements

Directing interviews

Propping new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

Employing digital recruiting resources

Reserving and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

Guiding internal recommendations

Requirements - Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

Earlier work involving Resume Screening

Phone Screens experience highly preferred

Practical knowledge of Temporary Staffing

Comprehension of Microsoft Outlook

Adeptness in Talent Acquisition

Demonstrated knowledge of Talent assessment

Screen Interviews experience highly desired

Background working with Prescreening

Experience with Microsoft Word

Knowledge of interviewing

Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel

Foundational knowledge in Preliminary Interviews

General familiarity with Staffing

Conduct Interviews experience

Deep understanding of Phone Interview

Microsoft Office Suites experience highly valued

Good understanding of Screen Applicants

This position will be best given to someone who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

In this position, you will absolutely need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
