Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the service industry. The workplace is a hybrid model, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, 49504, United States. Responsibilities: Conduct full-cycle recruitment, which includes sourcing, application review, and posting vacancies. Perform interviews, reference checks, and background verifications. Utilize ADP for financial services and workforce management. Apply Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS), Careerbuilder, and CRM in the recruitment process. Conduct About Time and Applicant Track System for efficient workflow. Maintain a challenging, high-speed, demanding work environment. Manage a high turnover and absenteeism rate, while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor. Prioritize tasks independently and meet set goals. Handle additional HR-related tasks as needed. Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels.
