Job SummaryThis is a full-time, hybrid Summer 2025 Digital Services internship with our End User Technology Services team. The End User Technology Services team is divided into the following portfolios:
Asset Stewardship
Defines enterprise technology standards and guidelines
Maintain inventory of all end user technology
Lifecycle refresh of technology
Epic Technology Support
Responsible for the management and configuration of hardware that integrates directly with Epic
Knowledge management
Technology Onboarding
Enterprise Print Management
Media Technology
Design, build and implement technology for enterprise collaborative spaces
Manages Enterprise Background music
Define collaborative technology/strategy/roadmaps/standards for the enterprise
Site Security Support
Acts as a liaison between the security engineering and site support teams
Responsible for remediating security vulnerabilities in windows, iOS and other devices
Responsible for tracking, testing, and auditing of PCI devices
Responsible for the management of workstation endpoint health
As an intern you will get the opportunity to work in the different portfolios and explore both the technical and non-technical side of tech. You’ll also get exposure to all areas of the business to really understand how technology is used in a large health care organization.Essential Functions
Under direct supervision and guidance of a Technical Analyst, may work with a variety of care providers, end-users and IS teams to assist in the support of client, clinical, and medical technologies, and their systems. May assist with device, application, and workflow analysis; process improvement; communication/education; requirements definition; navigation; recommendations; installation; replacement; and problem resolution.
Assists in the documentation of workflows, problems, resolutions and IS procedures.
Helps with problem resolution and is learning how to employ event correlation/log analysis, failure analysis/reporting, root cause analysis and risk assessment.
May participate in process improvement efforts, projects, testing and evaluation of new clinical systems, and implementation of prototypes.

QualificationsRequired
High School Diploma or equivalent
Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a degree in area of accountability
Must hold either Junior or Sophomore standing and will not anticipate graduating before May 2026.
Preferred
Demonstration of excellent customer service
Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Experience with project management
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook & Sharepoint), and Jira
