Week 4: Tuesday, Friday (on-call), and Saturday (on-call)
Week 5: Sunday (on-call), Tuesday (on-call), and Thursday

Job SummaryProvides health care services, utilizing imaging technology to assist in diagnosis or interventional procedures. Performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by, or at the request of, a licensed practitioner. Scrubs in with the interventional physician and practices sterile technique, prepares the sterile tray with the appropriate supplies and assists the physician with procedures, have a knowledge of all of the supplies needed by the physician to perform interventions. Charges and tracks all supplies properly. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure. Receives and ensures the execution of physician orders and actively participates in the satisfaction of patients and all customers.Essential Functions
Assignments are routine; follows established protocols. Works under close supervision, seeks guidance where needed; requires some instruction on day-to-day work and resolves routine problems.
Documents care / teaching consistent with documentation guidelines.
Maintains a clean work environment and communicates any equipment malfunctions to appropriate department/unit personnel.
Engages in impacting professional, positive and productive physician relationships.
Prepares and assists in the administration of contrast agents by monitoring dosage and determining any potential allergies and ensuring compliance with department policy and procedure.
Maintains patient information within picture archiving and communication system (PACS) and in other computerized medical records systems to ensure accurate patient records.
Participates in on-going process improvement activities related to patient and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience in related field
Preferred Bachelor's Degree
CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT upon hire required
CRT-Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) - ARRT within 2 years required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA/ARC within 90 days required
