Microsoft 365: at least 3-5 years of Engineering experience for the suite of Microsoft products (SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive)

Server/VMware: upgrades, replacements, migrations. Examples: Prep and deploy new server hardware with latest firmware, ESXi configuration (mostly standalone hosts), very experienced with Windows Server migrations (File shares, GPO, print server, user profile redirection).
