Job Details

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  • Proficient in 3D, 2D, CAD, Solidworks, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SMED, Total Productive Maintenance, Die, Lean, Six Sigma, Pneumatics, and PLC.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design and production processes are aligned.
  • Analyze and optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor production equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, procedures, and equipment.
  • Conduct training sessions for production staff on new processes, procedures, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality.
