Home care nurses are responsible for client assessment, care planning, intervention and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes. Minimum qualifications
Graduate of an approved nursing education program
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse;
Home Care, Wound Care, ICU, ER, Med-Surg, Urgent Care, or Critical Care experience Preferred
