In the role of Senior Associate, Finance (Plants), you will be a key part of the Kellogg Company’s success! Complex Analysis – Bring your expertise as you will be accountable to support the Plant Finance function. You will have a firm focus on performing complex analysis as well as generating models to support strategic initiatives. You will be involved with the explanation of deviations between actual vs. expected results.
Continuous Improvement – You will have a key role in uncovering process improvement changes for the finance business. You will be using your owner’s mindset by identifying areas where we can standardize processes and develop better ones! On top of that, you will be looking at proposed projects or initiatives and making determinations whether they are financially justified. Your insights and imagination will shape tomorrow.
Partnerships – We believe in the power of collaboration! You will be interacting with Commercial Finance and other business partners to help ensure we are meeting our service level agreements. You will be providing analytical and problem solving support, along with presenting your findings and recommendations.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESSRequired:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent and frequently demonstrated related work experience
Computer skills, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel
Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills
Bonus Points:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Business with some related work experience
Proficient knowledge of ERP and other financial planning system (e.g. SAP)
Working effectively in a virtual team environment
