Senior Manager, Workforce Engagement LeaderRole Description The Workforce Engagement Leader brings insights, experiences and thought leadership to develop the U.S. Firm's Workforce Engagement strategy in partnership with the US Firm Talent Experience Leader and Talent Marketing and Communications Leader. This innovative leader influences and collaborates with senior leaders in the businesses and serves as a trusted advisor in the Talent Experience and Engagement Space.The Workforce Engagement Leader collaborates with the Talent Experience and Engagement Leadership Team to connect professional sentiment to Marketing and Communications efforts and partners with the businesses to architect a data-driven engagement strategy that goes beyond communications to drive a net-positive impact.Work you'll do As the Workforce Engagement Leader, you will provide support to the Talent Experience & Engagement Leader in all areas of responsibility which include but are not limited to:

Establish a comprehensive approach to continuously align our Employer Brand strategy, communications, campaigns, and activations to talent sentiment.

Manage relationship with OCEO, PDEIO and other key offices to ensure our Employer Brand strategy and activations are woven into firm-wide strategies and communications, identifying opportunities for collaboration and integration.

Develop and execute against an engagement strategy that embeds our Employer Brand throughout the Talent Lifecycle

Collaborate with Talent Experience team to identify opportunities to improve workforce engagement and enable a positive organizational culture across the firm and within each business area.

Act as a strategic advisor to firm and business leaders, providing guidance on workforce engagement matters, including developing action plans for addressing feedback and improving employee engagement within their respective teams and departments.

Contribute to and oversee deliverables to influence, gain buy-in, share key messages and/or enable action.

Perform other role-related duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will have a passion for and knowledge of workforce experience trends strategies, and solutions. They will leverage knowledge, experience and creative problem-solving to analyze and resolve issues and remove project barriers with minimal oversight and with an agile mindset.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree(s) preferred.

Minimum 12 years of work experience in a strategy capacity

Minimum 6 years of leadership experience

Extensive experience advising, coaching, influencing, and building relationships.

Strong project management, delivery, and experience managing up.

Solid understanding of the talent lifecycle and customer experience perspective.

Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams).

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,400-$253,300.
