Candidate should possess the following skills:
Quick, clean and efficient
Independent and not toxic [if you struggle with this, this job is not for you]
Consistent with prep and execution
Knows the weeds, loves the weeds, gets out of the weeds calmly
Available to work weekends and Holidays (Memorial, Independence, Labor Day)
-Closed: Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
Respectful to fellow employees
Effective and noncombative communication skills
Quick thinking with attention to detail
Good organizational habits
Some kitchen experience desired but not necessary - will train on the job.
Our hours are Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
