MICHIGAN Area Managers Needed
Frontline Media Solutions provides nationwide coverage of Sign Wavers and Sign Drivers.
We are hiring Area Managers as we continue growing our footprint across the Country.
This is a contract/part time/commission-based position.
You will be required to manage multiple locations remotely, must be able and willing to travel when required.
Requirements:
-A good geographical knowledge of your State
-An ability to recruit State-wide via social networking and job boards
-Good communication skills
-A working knowledge of Excel, Word, Email, Google drive
-A working cell phone with data
-Reliable transportation as travel may be required from time to time
-Good phone skills for conducting phone interviews
-Good attitude and willing to be part of a Nationwide team
-Good time management skills and must work well under the pressure of tight deadlines
Duties:
-Recruit Sign Wavers and/or Sign Drivers to work at specific locations
-Communicate regularly with your team of Sign Wavers and/or Sign Drivers
-Manage your team to keep them motivated
-Replace workers that are not performing optimally
- Attend weekly management conference calls
-Communicate regularly and professionally with your lead
-Report attendance to your lead
Compensation:
-Capless earning potential!
-You will be compensated $10/operating day Per location that you manage
-Basic travel expenses reimbursed
-Option to earn additional money if you choose to work a location yourself while managing your other locations
