Qualifications
Three or more years experience as a foreman in the concrete industry (required)
Understands the quality control processes in concrete work
Able to manage grades/elevations
Ability to read, analyze blueprints, and layout
Strong leadership qualities
Great communication skills
A good driving record/ valid drivers license (required)
Able to pass DOT physical
Abel to safely lift 100 lbs
Ability to commute to Cedar Springs, MI 49319

Responsibilities
The foreman oversees and works hands-on to complete projects in a high quality, timely manor
Plan and schedule work of the crew
Perform formed footing and wall concrete pours
Complete detailed documents of work performed

We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Foreman to join our construction team.
Our foreman position is a crucial part of delivering our projects with high quality, on time and exceeding our clients expectations.
This position requires experience as a foreman for a minimum of 3 years. The ideal candidate needs to have great communication skills, have high character and a desire to produce high quality work. Must be goal oriented and have a great work ethic.
