Pro- Finish Powder Coating-- Powder Coating Operator Needed

Responsibilities:
• Operate electrostatic powder coating spray booth and conveyor line according to specification
• Identify, pick and return powder boxes correctly according to work schedule
• Demonstrate good ability to spray powder to correct thickness range
• Possess versatility to spray to a good standard range of surfaces, awkward profiles and overcoat rejected powder coated parts
• Clean down electrostatic spray guns and booths correctly
• Provide maintenance of the spray gun parts and booths according to instruction
• Prepare powder coating line prior to beginning the powder coating process
• Maintain safe and clean work station while adhering to all safety policies and guidelines
Minimal Requirements:
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Ability to learn new products, processes, and equipment operation.
• Ability to maintain a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to remain flexible, quickly adapting to changes in the work environment.
• Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate within the work center.
• Willingness to do what it takes to meet schedule/customer needs.
Flexible to work overtime hours including weekends when needed.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, kneel, or crouch. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms and use hands to finger, handle or feel.
This job requires close vision, the ability to correctly see color, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Wage: $12- $14 depending on experience.
