All-Phase Electric Supply is hiring!
Responsibilities:
Receive and stock freight
Pull orders
Package orders
Coordinate deliveries
Load trucks
Keep warehouse neat and organized
Monitor email
Communicate effectively
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from work
Physical ability to lift and carry boxes up to 75 lbs
Positive attitude
Effective communicator
Desire to be a part of a team, and help it succeed
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Willing to learn (coach-able)
Work Experience:
No Experience is required, but is preferred.
Individuals with no experience must be able to learn effectively, ask questions, and be engaged in their training to ensure the best results.
All individuals are expected to communicate with their team members and supervisors in a timely and responsible manner.
Skills - It is preferred but not required for you to have the following skills, any skill you do not possess you must be willing to learn:
Ability to operate a forklift (Sit down & stand up)
Lifting of heavy material (on occasion)
Shipping and receiving
Order pulling
Organization and cleanliness
Communication
Teamwork
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
No post-secondary education required, but is preferred.
Salary:
Salaries and benefits are available. They are competitive and will be discussed between the candidate and hiring manager further into the hiring process.
