Role Summary
As the Vice?President of Marketing at EverFriends.ai, you will step into a pivotal leadership role where your strategic vision and tactical execution will drive our brand, growth, and impact across both B2C and B2B channels. You’ll operate at scale and sophistication: With goals like driving 1?million+ unique visits to websites/apps, managing 7? to 8?figure budgets, and leading digital, social, SEO, streaming, influencer and event marketing — you’ll be running full?funnel, multi?channel, high?impact campaigns.
You’ll have real strategic ownership: As a senior leader, you’ll own everything from budgeting and reporting to campaign creation for branding and sales, sales enablement, customer acquisition, retention marketing, content strategies, pipeline generation and partner integrations — you’ll shape the direction of the team, the brand and the business.
You’ll work with a cross?functional leadership team: With strong interfaces to product, services, customer support and sales (including future AEs and solutions consultants), you’ll help ensure marketing is fully aligned with GTM execution and customer outcomes.

What We Need You to Do
Lead and develop the marketing team including digital marketing, social media, AIbeyond SEO/SEM, streaming advertising, influencer marketing, event/trade show scheduling, partnership, and internal customer marketing.
Define and execute the full?funnel marketing strategy (awareness → acquisition → activation → retention → expansion) across both B2C and B2B audiences, aligned with the company’s ICP (ideal customer profile).
Manage and allocate an annual marketing budget in the 7? to 8?figure range; ensure spend efficiency, ROI measurement, forecasting, and program optimization.
Drive one?million+ unique visits to website and mobile apps through sophisticated acquisition channels, SEO placement strategy and digital campaign design.
Build and execute streaming advertising campaigns (TV/OTT, digital video), influencer partnerships, and event/trade show programs that amplify brand reach and generate qualified leads.
Partner closely with sales (account executives and solution consultants), product and services teams to develop go?to?market motion, campaign content, sales enablement, and pipeline generation efforts.
Develop and deliver robust marketing reporting, analytics and dashboards to the executive team — showing funnel metrics, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, ROI, and budget variance.
Collaborate with internal customer?marketing and customer?success teams to drive retention, upsell campaigns and advocate/prospect conversion flows.
Lead brand positioning, messaging, content strategy (including thought leadership, case studies, white papers, social/digital content) aligned with the mission of EverFriends.ai and the emotional/health?care space.
Stay ahead of marketing and technology trends (especially in AI, digital media, elder?care technology) and apply best practices to help EverFriends.ai maintain a competitive edge.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
15+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director, VP) in marketing—preferably in technology, consumer health/tech, SaaS, or health?care adjacent areas.
Demonstrated success in managing large marketing budgets (7? to 8?figures), and driving high?traffic acquisition (e.g., 1?M+ unique visits), conversions and pipeline.
Deep, hands?on knowledge of digital marketing (SEM, display, video), social media marketing, SEO/placement strategy, streaming/OTT advertising, influencer marketing and event/trade?show planning.
Significant experience in both B2C and B2B environments: understanding differences in buyer behavior, ICP, messaging and funnel dynamics.
Proven ability to work cross?functionally with sales teams (AEs, solution consultants), product teams, services and support orgs — you understand how marketing integrates with sales and product to drive revenue.
Strong storytelling and content creation experience: ability to create compelling narrative for both consumers and enterprises, build brand equity, drive thought leadership and enable sales.
Excellent budgeting, forecasting, analytics and reporting skills — you are comfortable building dashboards and telling the story of marketing’s impact to senior leadership.
Ability to lead teams, hire top talent, and build a high?performance marketing organization in a growth?stage startup environment.

Compensation for this role is DOE, $150k - $199k per year
