Looking for an experienced powder coater for a full-time position in a job-shop production environment. A minimum of 2 years powder coating experience is required. Applicants must be able to manually spray a variety of different metals with different coverage requirements. Hourly rate will be determined by experience and overall fit for the role. Candidates must be able to work closely with others, must be able to respond positively to performance feedback, and must be able to work at a consistently fast pace.
This shift is Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Additionally, the hours and/or shifts may change due to business demands so flexible availability is required. Some weekend work is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain standing for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 55 lbs
- Must be able to visually inspect parts pre and post-paint
- Must have the ability to manually spray for the entirety of the scheduled shift
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have experience with automated paint booths
