About the Opportunity
This position is responsible for meeting the needs and requirements of the customer’s print production requirements. You will be required to follow each detail per the shop order provided to exceed customer expectations for quality product delivered in a timely fashion. Although there is a specific workstation press line assigned, all press operators are expected to assist in running other equipment and other production support as needed.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Prepare all quality control documents needed to meet specifications for GMP projects.
Inspect incoming plates and materials for each project to confirm that they will meet required specifications to complete the job.
Assist management with timely reporting or special projects as directed.
Report all equipment repair issues to the Director of Printing and Facilities.
Prepare work per job tickets/SOP’s to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Complete the checklist on every job.
