Currently hiring an Administrator Assistant to assist with the success of our office and company. We are looking for a long term employee that is going to be very punctual and hardworking in this position.
Job Description/ Duties
-Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
-Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
-Job includes answering phones, payroll, data entry, filing, miscellaneous office duties
-Must be proficient with computer and able to utilize the internet for work related tasks
-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Scan and upload client files into an electronic database
-May assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor
-Must be able to use the computer for extended periods of time
-Dealing with Quickbooks
Skills:
-At least 6 months of recent experience working within a professional office environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Detail oriented
-Strong organizational skills
-Reliable and dependable (Great attendance record at previous positions)
-Must be willing to go the extra mile in this position
-Must be able to problem solve
Preferred skills:
-Prior knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred
Job position is located in Cedar Springs, Michigan.
Full-Time position with benefits
Starting pay: $13/hr (Pay increase available for higher qualified applicants)
