Hiring a part time experienced data entry person/office assistant with local small company. This is an in-office position only, not remote. Starting at two (2) days a week, 10am - 2pm, hours & days can be flexible. Our small office team needs assistance in the accounts payable department entering invoices and billing. You will also will be responsible for contacting vendors & customers if necessary, filing bills and invoices, working with office staff for typing miscellaneous documents, & helping with general office assistant duties. Requirements include basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & basic computer knowledge required. Experience & basic knowledge with Quick Books required. Also, must have good communication skills, attention to details, staying organized, & must be able to work independently & as a team player with a good attitude. Data entry & office experience needed. Hourly pay based on experience, knowledge, & ability to complete job responsibilities.
