A local wholesale fabric distributor doing business in the U.S. is looking to fill a full-time position. Looking for an energetic, friendly, efficient, detail-oriented, hard-working, and professional customer service representative. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task in a small, fast-paced office environment. Duties will include: answering phone calls, taking orders, and providing product information. The candidate will assist walk-in customers, maintain our fabric showroom, and perform a variety of other office responsibilities. Applicant should have previous customer service experience and be able to communicate effectively on the phone. Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office is a must. Knowledge of the furniture industry or upholstery trade is beneficial, but not required. Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
