What You'll Do:

Build Strong Relationships: Use your self-confidence and persuasive communication skills to connect with potential clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.

Take Initiative: As a self-starter, you’ll generate leads, make cold calls, and close deals, using your goal-oriented mindset to overcome challenges.

Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with others, showing adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Drive Results: Your results-driven approach and resilient nature will help you excel in this role, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

We’re Looking For:

A confident, self-motivated individual with a proven track record in sales OR a natural ability to influence others. You will cover the greater Grand Rapids region, be prepared to manage Business to Business sales, cultivating those new relationships and closing business. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. A resilient mindset with a “can-do” attitude, always ready to seize opportunities and overcome challenges. Ability to work independently while being a valuable team player in a dynamic environment. Direct Sales experience is a bonus as well as a candidate who is familiar with the uniform rental and facility product industry but not required.
