Happy Window Cleaning is looking to hire new help. We need people to help us with construction window cleaning. We work in the cold because we use additives to keep our cleaning solution from freezing. This may include putting out signs and/or flyers to keep sufficient work coming in. You need a valid driver's license for this job. You use our vehicles.
Give us a call to start immediately. Part-time this time of year, turns full-time when the weather breaks. If you are a good reliable person I have two other businesses that I need help with as well. There is always more for people who know how to carry their weight. That said we take weekends off and enjoy life as well.
Happy Window Cleaning has grown every year we have been open despite tremendous odds. We just signed a commercial lease and are moving our business from our home to a nice space.
We are different because we number one are Christian. and we offer profit sharing. Out of eight years, our people did well enough to earn a profit share in only three years, those were people with families who wanted to make a difference for their future and they did. One must work a thousand hours in a season to be eligible to be included in the profit-sharing distribution. Distributions happen in February.

Another way that we are different is that we have an "open-book management style". This means that you can see our numbers and have input. It does not mean that you are entitled to anything more than your pay, but it does give you a voice and the opportunity to take ownership of your job. What you do with your opportunity is up to you. We are real people, we have dreams and goals and families too, we're not perfect but not bad either, and seeking the same. We will ask you to do other minor chores from time to time that help the team to achieve our goals.
