Lake Michigan Construction Residential Home Builder is looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team. We coordinate, manage, and build many different projects such as new residential homes, remodels, and additions.
Our ideal teammate for this position would be someone who likes a variety of work, both interior and exterior, and can adapt to meet what the project requires. Need to be a well-rounded person who can adapt to varying conditions.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
Vehicle and current driver’s license
Experience working with carpentry related tasks and any general tasks related to home construction.
Need to be reliable, on time, and positive.
Work well with others in several different environments including outside in both the summer and winter as needed.
Looking for a well-rounded carpenter with experience in:
Trim
Cabinet Installation
Final finishes
Rough Framing
Window Installation
Siding / Exterior trim
We are offering the following with this position:
Competitive pay based on experience level and skill set.
6 Paid holidays after 90-day probation period- Pay Increase after 30 days.
1-week paid vacation after 1 year of employment and paid personal time every quarter.
