Browne Builders specializes in residential framing and has been a valued contractor in the West Michigan area for over 15 years. We are looking for hard-working independent (1099) contractors who will bring their expert knowledge in residential framing and remodeling to our team. Daily travel to building sites within an hour of Grand Rapids, MI is required.
Pay is up to $35 per hour, based on experience, with optional bonus pay. Monday through Friday workweek with no weekends required.

Responsibilities
-Rough framing and building of residential structures, including walls, roofs, and flooring. Must be comfortable working on the roof
-Installing windows and doors
-Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings and building in compliance with local code standards. Training provided as necessary.
Qualifications
-A minimum of 2 years residential wood framing experience. Must be comfortable on the roof.
-Training and experience with power and hand tools
-Ability to follow health and safety codes
-Willingness to travel daily to the jobsite, as needed, within 1 hour of Grand Rapids.
