We’re hiring a reliable and skilled In-House Trades Technician to help us restore and rebuild residential properties inside and out. This is a Monday–Friday position with occasional weekend work as needed.
What You'll Do:
Interior and exterior residential repairs and rebuilds
Drywall installation and finishing
Hard surface flooring installation
General and finish carpentry
Painting
Removal and installation of kitchen and bath fixtures
What You Need:
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Proven experience in residential construction trades
Solid references and a strong work ethic
What to Expect:
This is not a quick-hire job. Our process ensures we find the right person:
Initial phone interview with the Project Manager
Additional phone and In-person interviews with Department Leaders
