I’m a builder in the Grand Rapids area. Our primary focus is carpentry and remodeling. Residential and commercial.
Like many contractors I’m looking for people. Experienced or not. Employees not subcontractors.
Training is provided regardless of experience level. We offer unpaid training on specified weekends or week days prior to going to the job-site. You will be training on the basics until you are ready for the project location. This is for your benefit as a future employee or tradesmen. Why you say? One reason, money. You want more per hour because of the cost of living and I want an efficient job site. It’s win win.
This kind of work will be available for the foreseeable future. No machines can do this. Not now, not until judgement day.
Truck drivers, wait staff, fast food…. Doesn’t matter. I can train anyone. You only need to learn.
Money. I like money. You like money. I’m not interested in flaky people. I pay great. Offering bonuses for the dedication you show.
