Description We are offering an opportunity for a HR Recruiter to join our team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment and human resources activities within the healthcare industry. This role involves not only attracting and selecting top talents but also assisting in the overall administration, coordination, and implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies tailored to the healthcare industry. Review, screen, and conduct interviews with potential candidates. Coordinate and execute general HR tasks such as on-boarding/off-boarding, performance management, training & development, and employee relations. Adhere to compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices. Manage HR databases and Employee Handbooks. Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, maintaining files, conducting research, and producing reports. Utilize skills in Applicant Track System, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Communication, Full Cycle Recruiting, Human Resources (HR) Administration, Human resources software, Conduct Interviews, Exit interviews, Applicant Screening, Prescreening, Resume Screening, Pass all candidates required to undergo drug screening, Paycom, Microsoft Office Suites.
