Assembly Operators Needed on 2nd shift at HI-Lex Controls in Hudson, MI. APPLY TODAY!!- Hi-Lex Controls is an award-winning company located at 15780 Steger Industrial Dr. in Hudson, MI. They are the largest tier one supplier of window regulators in the nation.- Currently looking for 2nd shift Assembly Operators. Temp to Direct Hire positions.- Hours: 4:00pm to 2:30am. Must be open to working overtime and weekends based on production needs.- Pay: $13.00/hour- PAID HOLIDAYS from DAY ONE!- DOUBLE TIME on Sundays! Earned BONUS DAYS!!- Benefits (After Hire In): Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K and more.- Need to perform all work in a safe manner by following all safety rules.- Quality check all components and parts required for each station.- Assure that component parts used are those required for the part being assembled.- Attach components in prescribed order to assemble product correctly.- Align, fit and secure components by using hand operations and fastening techniques.- Assist other operators on the line. Sort and/or rework components if needed.- Move parts from containers on the floor or other locations to the containers in the work area.- No sit-down positions. Maximum lifting in the assembly area is 35lbs.Requirements for Assembly Operators- Occasionally lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 35 lbs.- Can possibly use hand tools, drills, hand pallet jacks, scales, computers, and/or printers.- Follow ALL safety rules and keep work areas in a clean and orderly condition.- Must be eligible to work in the United States.- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.Click to apply online.
