I have numerous properties and I am looking for a part-time maintenance person approximately ten to twenty hours per week. Must have good general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, heating, carpentry, and home maintenance. Must have own tools and truck. Pay is based upon experience. Great position if you are starting your own business and need some hours while you build it.
