What you will do:As our Associate Manager BPIL, you will partner with Accelerate Business Process Owners and Business Process Implementation Leads to support Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies with implementation of to-be Commercial Template process for the opportunity to order process. You will support the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables through execution of deployment activities including testing, training, data conversion, change management, cut over and hyper care. Additionally, you will assist with other Workstream needs through all aspects of the program to achieve deployment milestones.

Responsible for the timely completion of deployment activities within the opportunity to order process space.

Understand their business process in scope of the end-to-end commercial order to cash process and collaborates with other Business Process Implementation Leads (BPILs), Business Process Owners (BPOs) and End to End Leads to drive end to end solution adoption.

Drive adoption of to-be business processes to align with ERP and global application capabilities and gain alignment with the Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies.

Partners with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) on the deployment teams to drive adoption of to-be business processes.

Coordinate involvement of Stryker SMEs in key deployment activities.

Supports activities to enable rapid decisions making and the resolutions of risks, issues, and key decisions.

Participate in process workshops, supporting the Global Process leads and/or Business Process Leads.

Onboarding of deployment group data readiness resources for data conversion objects in their process area. Ensure they understand how data enables design in their process area and ensure completeness and accuracy of enterprise master data. Support business SMEs with execution of data cleansing, and data migration and conversion to ensure accuracy of enterprise master data and transactional data.

Work with deployment group business process experts (BPEs) and the business analytics (BA) team to refine the release specific analytics requirements and prioritization.

Coordinate with business enablement team to support change management, training, business process mapping, and cutover deliverables.

Conduct Train the trainer (TTT), support instructor led training (ILT) and day-in-the-life (DITL)

Provide process area specific cutover input to cutover plan.

Responsible for testing activities including test script reviews and editing, test data readiness, and test execution.

Responsible for supporting hyper care activities and post business go-live.

Education & Special Trainings:

BS, BA in Business Administration, Finance is needed for this role, however in lieu of a degree, an additional 6 years of work experience will be considered.

Minimum of 6 years of industry experience in relevant process area is needed for a qualified candidate.

CPQ functional experience is mandatory for this role.

Salesforce.com experience is preferred

Strong knowledge in Commercial or Order to Cash is strongly preferred.

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within Stryker divisions and geographies.

Significant experience in a leadership role(s) at the Assoc. Manager level or above

Broad experience across related processes areas to consider upstream and downstream impacts and implications.

Prior experience on a major business-system, or large-scale transformational projects or programs preferred.

Leader that collaborates effectively across functions has strong influence skills, process orientation, and can build consensus and drive change.

Exhibits acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
