Top Must-Have Skills / Candidate Requirements:
Proficiency in windows 10
Remote troubleshooting and support
Experience w/ServiceNow or similar (ticket managing system)
Customer service
Degrees/Certifications/Years of Overall Experience Required:
HS Diploma is ok (certification is a plus)
Bachelor's preferred (any field is fine)
3+ yrs of related work exp regardless of educational background
