Kelly Services is seeking an IT Sales Support Analyst for a leading medical devices company located in Kalamazoo, MI .Below is the job description-Job Title: IT Sales Support Analyst/ IT Business AnalystPay rate: $35 - $41 per hourLocation: Kalamazoo, MI, 49001Type: W2 Contract ONLYLength: 12 monthsManages all aspects of internal sales support including but not limited to answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, reporting/driving root cause resolution on reported issues with sales tools (SFDC, CPQ, Reporting), and using customer (sales) input to submit and champion improvement opportunities.Must be able to handle requests of varying degrees of complexity related to business process and sales tools. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate strong communications and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Support internal user inquiries (Customer Service) Analyze data and draw conclusions (Problem Solving) Manage Internal Communications (Professional Communication) Train end users in use of supported platforms (End User Training) Take feedback and define new user requirements (Governance) Work with manage service partners to deliver requirements (Cross Functional Coordination)Required Skills: Investigation and Troubleshooting Proficient in Microsoft Excel and has experience with Pivot Tables, V-look up, and basic excel functions.
