Description We have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Specialist! Are you a customer service detail oriented who is passionate about optimizing client experiences and elevating customer relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment? Then we have the position for you. This role involves helping maximize the customer experience to help drive loyalty and increase revenue, managing customer relationships, and working in a high-volume environment.Responsibilities
Promote customer retention, acquisition, and loyalty
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment via phone and/or email correspondence
Train customer-facing staff in ways to improve customer service and loyalty
Design and implement strategies to improve the customer experience
Solve complex problems and issues
Design, measure, and analyze customer success metrics Requirements - Excellent analytical, interpersonal and research skills
Experience with being held accountable to KPIs and call-tracking
Prior customer success or call-center experience, preferably in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
Advanced business writing skills, including the use of email correspondence
Strong computer skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
