Position Overview

Our client, a consumer goods retailer, is seeking a well rounded Senior Graphic Designer to join our their team. The role starts ASAP and will be up to 40 hours per week, ongoing. The role is fully remote but EST / CST hours are preferred.The Senior Designer will be idea-driven and a conceptual thinker with expertise executing designs for content across direct and indirect eCommerce sites, packaging, POP, brand identity, merchandising & collateral.The ideal candidate will have strong experience from eCommerce clients.Key Responsibilities

Execute with high efficiency, the visual articulation (style and tone) of brand strategy, initiatives, objectives and goals through best-in-class design solutions.

Effectively present creative concepts to internal teams, with mastery of recommendations and thoughtful rationale.

Concept, design and execution of omni-channel assets for print and digital channels (including website and emails with a mobile-first lens)

Execute and apply brand style guide elements, including logo, product branding, typography, packaging, photography and activation materials, ensuring consistency with brand positioning. Constructs and documents new brand standards as needed.

Prepare final assets according to specific print production guidelines at high levels of accuracy, efficiency and replication.

Direct and lead brand and product photo and video shoots (direction, storyboards)

Lead the design process for digital and print projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts for eCommerce, packaging, and retail initiatives.

Create visually compelling graphics for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

Develop and maintain design templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our designs fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on eCommerce-related projects.

Expertise executing digital commercial assets for email, websites, and social media

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects).

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, particularly in eCommerce and retail.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic principles of UX/UI

Video editing / motion skills are a plus
