Prefer person with real interest in construction-related projects and willing to work for some months or longer term
Prefer some experience with maintenance, cleaning, painting, tear-out, carpentry, electrical, plumbing
Must be willing to work hard and listen; following directions required; doing the job right important
Must be dependable, on time and responsible and honest
