Hello, we are looking for a reliable individual to help with various household chores, with the flexibility to work at their leisure between the hours of 6AM - 5PM from Sunday to Friday. However, please note that the trash must be gathered and taken to the top of the driveway either Sunday night, Monday, or Tuesday by 6:30AM. Below is the detailed breakdown of the basic chores, the estimated time required for each, and the corresponding pay at a rate of $20-30.00 per hour (depending on project).
This position is PT with an established weekly time of around 8-20 hours depending wuth you the cleaner wants and other factors. However, the weekly chores are a must at the least. We do want atleast some prior cleaning experience for this position.
We are very FAIR and honest people and expect the same.
The following are the longest times it took four different people to complete the same listed chore at a regular-relaxed pace. So truly it should be ample time for one to complete with the time given.
### Weekly Chores:
1. Gather Trash and Take Bin to Driveway
- Time: 35 min
- Pay: $15.00
2. Wash, Fold, and Put Away Clothing (if over 1 hour, you may stop)
- Time: 1 hour
- Pay: $20.00
3. Clean Up the Kitchen and Run the Dishwasher
- Time: 45 min
- Pay: $15.00
4. Straighten Up the House (Time depends on severity)
- Time: 1 - 2 hours
- Pay: $20.00 if 1 hour and if 2 hours $44.00
5. Clean Cat Litter Pan
- Time: 10 min
- Pay: $5.00
6. Weekly organization Chore (1-2 assigned per week)
- Time: 2 hours
- Pay: $44.00
### Biweekly Chores (Every 2 Weeks):
1. Sweep and Mop Main Levels Hardwood Floors
- Time: 1
- Pay: $20.00
2. Organize One Item/Room as Needed (if this takes longer we can adjust the time and pay)
- Time: 1.5 hours
- Pay: $35.00
3. Clean All 5 Bathrooms
- Time: 2.5 hours
- Pay: $55.00
4. Change Master Bedroom Bedding
- Time: 25 min
- Pay: $10.00
5. Break Down Cardboard Boxes and Take to Dump Site
- Time: 1 hour
- Pay: $22.00
6. Vacuum All Floors and Steps
- Time: 2 hours
- Pay: $40.00
### Monthly Chores:
1. Dust the Whole House
- Time: 1.5 hours
- Pay: $30.00
2. Sweep and Clean Up Front Porch
- Time: 15 min
- Pay: $5.00
3. Clean and Straighten Downstairs Kitchen
- Time: 20 min
- Pay: $7.00

### Safety and Reliability Notes:
- All workers will undergo a full background check to ensure security and trust.
- Must be in good health and able to lift and move around freely.
- Comfortable with heights for tasks requiring a step stool.
- Prefer no smokers but if one must smoke, it must be outside.
- No drug use
- Breaks and lunches are not paid yet one may clock out so it doesn't count against them finishing the task on time.
- We provide a pleasant working environment in a safe neighborhood, equipped with inside and outside security cameras. There is also a neighborhood watch program in place.
- Police and fire services are located within a mile for added safety assurance.
Note: To ensure a smooth and successful working relationship, it is essential that each chore is completed by the designated deadline. If a task takes longer than expected or is not finished to the required standard, payment will be deferred until the chore is successfully completed. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to maintaining high standards.
