We are seeking an employee to service one or more properties in the Kalamazoo area. Our porters are responsible for removing litter from store fronts, parking lots, and throughout the property lines. They also are responsible for emptying and relining communal trash containers, reporting illegal dumping, etc. There is a set pay for servicing the property(s) but there are opportunities to earn additional income completing work orders, so handyman capabilities with a pickup truck is desired.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for additional income and some flexibility. You will be working autonomously, with management checking employee uploaded pictures in our internal software, and checking on properties consistently to ensure quality of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep and maintain parking lots
Collect and dispose of on site trash and litter
Maintain dumpster areas
Report illegal dumping to management
Other cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Must have reliable transportation
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
